Okaybell ("we", "us") provides an AI phone receptionist to clinics, hospitals and other businesses ("our clients"). This policy explains what information is handled when you call a business that uses Okaybell, when you receive a message from us, or when you visit this website. Okaybell is a proprietorship of Shellwin Singh, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
When you call one of our clients and Okaybell answers, the call is handled on that business's behalf. The business decides why your information is used; we process it only to provide the receptionist service to them. During the call we may record and transcribe the conversation and note your phone number, your name, the reason for your call and the appointment time you ask for. Callers are told at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
This information is passed to the business you called (for example, into its appointment calendar and records) so its staff can confirm your booking or call you back. If you describe an urgent situation, the business's staff or doctor may be alerted so that they can contact you.
We send a booking confirmation or similar message on WhatsApp only if you agreed to it during the call. Messages relate only to your request with that business. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
To run the service we use trusted providers: a voice-AI platform that answers and transcribes calls, Google Workspace (calendar and sheets) where the business keeps its records, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for messages. These providers process the information only to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Booking records are kept by the business you called, under its own policies. Call recordings and transcripts held for the service are kept only as long as needed to provide it and to resolve any problems, and are then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
You can ask to speak to a person during any call. You can ask the business you called, or us, to see, correct or delete information about you. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not collect personal information unless you contact us.
